It’s obvious that Obama has to kick everyone’s ass since more and more people from within from General McChrystal to Rahm Emanuel who reportedly is growing tired of the idealism of Barack Obama’s inner circle. The closer we get to elections, the more obvious it appears that Obama is wearing the Emperor’s New Clothes. If McChrystal is freed to speak his mind, ie. retires from the service, will he become a darling of the right even though he voted for Obama? He certainly never was a darling of the White House. All eyes are on the election now and the timing of the DemocRats and for that matter, cozy Republicans exiting the ship will be all about keeping a low profile until finally, the panic sets in and all hands flee the CINC who is looking more and more stripped down at home and abroad.

In today’s economy, it’s evidently still fairly easy to land a really good job with the best pay and benefits and it all starts with being turned down. My plan is simple and it seems to be working for at least two people so why not give it a try? It only takes three steps:
New job finding strategy for the unemployed.
- Apply for a high profile/paying government job and get turned down.
- Find a tight political race and run as a spoiler on the Democratic ticket.
- Wait for phone call with job offer from step 1.
That’s it!
Good luck.

Is that blue pill of happiness wearing off? More Democrats are getting a taste of the reality of what we’ve been tasting all along. No blue pill of dreams for us! The voters have known for some time that the yarn spun by the far left has unraveled. (again) The ouster of the Democrats from their most holy site did not surprise anyone else as much as it did the far left. Now the Dems are starting to realize that no pill will keep truth at bay for long. The opium of campaign karma wore off six months ago and the voters sobered up way ahead of the far left. Now the shock of the red pill and its dose of reality are causing chaos in the Democrat party as the far left reels with incredulity that their precious has been cast into the fires of Mt. Doom (Lord of the Rings) and their hold on power and the drunken spell have all but vanished. Now the sane may be able to make a real change for the better.
From a July, ’09 article on WashingtonExaminer.com by David Freddoso,
“If there’s a blue pill and a red pill, and the blue pill is half the price of the red pill and works just as well, why not pay half price for the thing that’s going to make you well?” – President Obama
In last night’s press conference, President Obama seemed to be reliving that famous scene from The Matrix. The main character is offered a choice between a red pill that makes him see reality for what it is, and a blue pill that allows him to continue living in a pleasant world of illusions.

Is even the Advanced Marketing Institute Website Biased?
Thanks for using Advanced Marketing Institute’s Headline Analyzer! You submitted the following headline for Emotional Marketing Value analysis:
“Obama Obama Obama Obama Obama”
Your Headline’s EMV Score: 200%
This score indicates that your headline has a total of 200.00% Emotional Marketing Value (EMV) Words. To put that in perspective, the English language contains approximately 20% EMV words.
And for comparison, most professional copywriters’ headlines will have30%-40% EMV Words in their headlines, while the most gifted copywriters will have 50%-75% EMV words in headlines.
A perfect score would be 100%, but that is rare unless your headline is less than five words.
While the overall EMV score for your headline is 200.00%, your headline also has the following predominant emotion classification:
I tried a few more like, “Obama Wants You To Buy This” and Got high scores too. “Don’t think we’re not keeping score brother!”

A joke that’s not exactly a joke, Obama’s the “Super Prez” according to an MSNBC politics article. While the phrase was velveted in its context it was still a quick, solid punch from the political heavyweight to an errant Democrat.

Sound Off The Alarms by The Generators
Lock the doors
I´m sensing danger
Every day things get a little bit stranger
So now I hide in fear
For my own dear life
Get ready now Im jumping ship
Cause hell If I´m going down with it
They said the end was coming
But they couldn´t nail down the time
Hit the kill switch
This is it
Humankind can´t co-exist
There´s no turning back now
There´s no turning back
Somebody sound off the alarms
We can´t turn off what they´ve turned on
We can´t come back were too far gone
Rising oceans
Conficts in motion
Some turn their heads and don´t take notice
The fire drill it´s ringing
Canary in the coal mine finally stopped singing
It´s getting hotter and it´s harder to breathe
It´s scaring the living daylights out of me
Here we are spinning out of control
C´mon now and grab a hold
Hit the kill switch
This is it
Human kind can´t co-exist
There´s no turning back now
There´s no turning back
Somebody sound off the alarms
The warning signs they´re always on
You can´t come back when you’re too far gone
Somebody sound off the alarms
The strife of man it carries on
Wake the dead now
Cause we don´t have long

My son, a Gulf War veteran, recently shared on Facebook:
Just saw the president’s speech in Westpoint… wow! I have never seen someone so loudly take non-responsibility for something… “wasn’t me.” If only we could wait till our soldiers are back before publicly making statements questioning the legitimacy and legality of the war while … you know, they are still fighting…
One response: what is he not taking responsibility for exactly?
I was compelled to reply: For one, he’s responsible for campaigning on Afghanistan as “the war we should be focused on” and then dithering for months on end before reaching the foregone conclusion to engage in a half hearted “slurge” but then history is full of examples of feckless leaders who stalled and succeeded. Wait- no it isn’t.
It remains to be seen whether our troops are constrained to adopt a Vietnam style policy of “contain and suppress but don’t win.”
For the Cadets who nodded off during the speech, don’t feel bad – it wasn’t exactly the Gettysburg Address.

So back in September, whitehouse.gov’s blog waxed nearly poetic about Opening Up The People’s House. What a wonderful era of transparency is being ushered in. After all, it is the People’s house, not just the Whitehouse. Fast forward to November. The list is out for the first Obama State Dinner. An illustrious list includes the token Indian- at least the token Republican Indian. Is that some kind of caste system thing? Is a Republican Indian a dirty Indian? We don’t want too many of their kind at table? Bobby Jindal is, apparently, the only Republican invited. All the rest of the house-Republicans, please stay out of sight. This is the People’s house as long as you’re the correct people.
